Covid Guidelines for the West Coast ‘Ukulele Retreat

Until we hear otherwise, the following Covid-related protocols, will be in place for participation in the West Coast ‘Ukulele Retreat.

Beginning August 20, 2021, all adult guests participating in a residential program at Camp Ocean Pines are required to show proof of either (a) a completed vaccination more than two weeks prior to visit, or (b) a negative COVID-19 test with results within 72 hours prior to visit. This includes guests who may not be staying onsite, but are visiting Camp as a part of a residential program (e.g. a multi-day workshop wherein most participants stay on-site in cabins, but some choose to stay off-site for sleeping).

Camp Ocean Pines’ complete Covid prevention plan is detailed below.

A second trip offering to Provence

Our Uke, Bike, & Barge Adventure in Provence, May 21 – 28, 2022, is already full! We know this will leave a lot of people disappointed. So, we are offering a second (almost) identical trip, May 28 – June 4. This will have essentially the same itinerary, but it will go in the opposite direction: starting in Aigues Mortes and ending in Avignon.

If you are seriously interested in reserving a spot on this second trip, please contact us as soon as possible and let us know.

If not, please stay tuned. There are many more fun times with your ‘ukulele to come.

Registration is Now Open for Provence

May 21 – 28, 2022

Golly! It has been a long time coming. . . . .but it finally looks as though we may be there! So, after months and months of planning and fine tuning, we are finally able to open registration for our ‘Uke, Bike, & Barge Adventure in Provence.

We’ll have six days of easy, scenic cycling through the villages and landscape that inspired Vincent Van Gogh. And our evenings will be filled with evenings of ‘ukulele fun and frivolity. There will also be extra lessons and opportunities for those who chose the additional ‘Ukulele Option.

We have also added a few pre-trip options and opportunities to help make planning easier, including a stay at the lovely Hotel LeMagnan in Avignon.

And, as always, we will have the entire barge to ourselves. Our floating hotel, L’Estello, has a number of communal spaces, so we’ll have room to spread out when on board. But, with only ten cabins, we are sure to fill quickly. So please, register soon to avoid disappointment.

If you have any questions, please be sure to contact us. Or, if you are ready to register now, just click on the link below.
