Terms and Conditions

PAYMENT

All prices are quoted in U.S. currency.

A $100 deposit is required at time of booking. In the event the trip is not available or the trip is cancelled, your deposit will be refunded in full.

Upon acknowledgement of availability, or confirmation of your registration, 50% of the total cost of the trip (less the $100 deposit) will be due.  If you fail to pay in a timely fashion, your booking will be cancelled and your deposit forfeited.

Full payment is due 2 months from the start of the trip.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Stuff happens.  You are encouraged to take out trip insurance to protect yourself in the case of anything that might prevent your participation.

If you must cancel your reservation, the fees for doing so are as follows:

Number of months prior to your trip:

    • 6 months or more – 100% of the amount paid, less the $100 deposit
    • 4 to 6 months – 75% of the amount paid, less the $100 deposit
    • 2 to 4 months – 50% of the amount paid, less the $100 deposit
    • Less than 2 months – NO REFUND.

The option to transfer your registration to another qualified individual will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

If the trip is cancelled because there are too few participants, or if the quality of the trip or the safety of travelers is judged to be compromised, payments received by us shall be fully refunded. However, in the event of cancellation, we are not responsible for any loss incurred on account of non-refundable or non-transferable air tickets or other unrecoverable travel costs.
